@Cannibal1-1 they were on the mask. you actually use the mask for training and whatnot so the filters stick with the mask actually think I picked up a faint bit of the gas chamber when I donned the mask on once lol I bought more filters in a sealed case later on

Because the housings alone are like 600$ without the image intensifier

where are you getting housing for 600 i see them for 600 at the least and up before shipping or taxes

Also the markets gone up big time early as January I used to see them go for around 2k with minor blems I was able to sell my clean gen 3 tube pvs 7 for 1.9k locally and was going to upgrade immediately but the COVID panic hit and I wasn't able to find any sweet deals

still got that franklin armory AR-C1 binary trigger with an extra IDS spring set for $300

@Dejectedhook04 yea. I got my L3 thin filmed WP PVS14 for 2400 over the holidays then the prices i don’t want to say went up but the deals stoped happening

@TacticalBeard yuuup I was looking at some DTNVGs for 4 grand with spec sheets back in March come 1 week later it was gone I wasn't too salty until the next coming month when I realized everything had dried up and I should've held on to the pvs7 for at least the tube I had in it where did you get yours? I haven't found white phosphor for under 3gs anywhere unless its the gen 2 photonis stuff which I'm not too keen on grabbing because it doesn't perform as well as gen 3

Pretty clean. I have one tiny pepper spec in zone 2 that must be smaller than 0.003 in size since it’s not called out on the spec sheet. Hard to take a photo of it and even harder to notice it while in actual use

Where would I find a good optic mount for an SKS. Do I want to go with a top dust cover mount? Can do a side mount if there are no holes for it?

@TacticalBeard if I'm correct, that requires drilling into the stock itself right? While I'm very interested in mounting a scope to my SKS, I'm not too sure I'd be the right person to do that drilling. Maybe i'll take it to a gunsmith. Still need to find someone to put an edge on the bayonet too.

I believe they make a relief cut in the wood and then drill and tap the side of the reciever for that style of mount

Also most bayonets arnt that sharp

There meant to pierce with just the brute force of the motion

but like, mine has literally 0 edge to it
