From what I understand there isn’t a stamp for a full auto, just being a FFL and SOT, so no it is not legally registered with the ATF

Only the automatic weapon charge remains. All others have been dropped.

Basically they’re gonna have to prove that it was the same AK he brought to the rally

@Jon Irenicus i dont think so, they just have to prove that he was in possession of an automatic weapon on his person or property at the time of the raid, and that it isnt lawfully manufactured.

So basically it doesn’t matter if he has an FFL and SOT since it’s likely he didn’t register it with the ATF?

He doesn’t have an sot so it doesn’t matter, automatically illegal
