@anonymous_trout i seen a video ealier from boston. Guy caught and recorded a couple cops unloading a truckfull of bricks in an alley.

Are there similar reports of the brick piles in other states?

@The_30,000 I don't buy the hoa story. Ive been around/involved with alot of that construction up there. The brick guys lay the pallets in the yards and would never set them on a storm drain. Especially a drain with no trash catch.
