Hey y'all, I'm not sure if you heard, but Florida Zone 1 was hit with 2 massive wildfires today, one in Escambia county and the other in Santa Rosa county My b**g crew is helping to take in those who lost their homes and get them supplies. Same way they do in CA. Underbrush that isn't routinely cleared or burned catches during a dry spell

We didn't have any rain all through March and a lot of April was dry too

I was also gonna say the heat wave would dry things out

Had a few field fires as a kid. Dry weather and a hot summer would give you a really bad fuckin time

Especially sincs most trees out there look like pine. That shit burns hot

So yeah we see some local eco damage

@florida tropical storm forming off the coast. Be aware this may be a hurricane. This is most likely hitting the Miami region

That is the only system I would watch, the worst hurricanes notoriously come from that area, well a bit further north. I storm chase Nader's as a hobby and live in a trailer hood so I keep and eagle eye on the weather. I'm pretty good at forecasting hurricane paths The circled system is no more than 12 hrs old, so it's too early to tell what it's gonna do. And the majority of the Atlantic is still pretty cold because it hasn't got super hot yet.
