Burning down the system isn't going to happen by us pushing it, it will just end in halfhearted reforms. However, if we allow Antifa to gain prominence we all end up lined against a wall. If BLM national platform comes to fruition then the pendulum that started swinging with the emancipation proclamation reaches the other extreme and we're all back to segregation with white folks having separate drinking fountains. Both cases are extremely unlikely. Those two popular movements combined with a two party system is leaving a lot of people out in the cold. I think we should attempt to get our shit together and offer the public at large another alternative. One that is solely libertarian that is more modern. We just need to keep the reactionist that want to burn it all down in check.

Most of us (I think) more or less think that all guns and drugs should be legalized and allow personal responsibility to rule the day. But the second those two things are publicly stated then we marginalize anyone that's on the fence. So as a group, movement, or whatever the fuck we call ourselves we would actually have to come to a common agreement amongst ourselves as to what we are willing to live with. I get most of us think that restrictions on own an automatic rifle infringes on 2A. In theory I agree, in practice would I feel comfortable about or am I willing to accept an 18 yo kid to walk down the street with a 240bravo....probably not. But that's what we would need to come to a balance on.
