As some know, CItizens Liberty Organization is looking to become legit. We are thinking of going to NPO route. In order to do that there is a long list of obstacles to get through. No big deal. So with that said, this channel will allow to community to voice what they would like to see in the NPO. Right now we are thinking of- funding under privileged families and peopleās that qualify, proper firearms safety/training courses, medical courses, possibly communications training/obtaining HAM radio licenses. Potentially helping with legal fees for those that were arrested for unconstitutional laws. Helping families that have had a loved one killed by ATF, FBI, local police with funeral services, legal fees/representation, possibly housing if it happened in their home and they no longer want to live there? Remember these are just all ideas. This channel is for brainstorming and coming up with a legit course that we can take so I and a few other admins can get the ball rolling. I plan Iām putting CLO in for becoming a corporation very soon, which is the first step to becoming a NPO.
The only reason I said backing politicians is because of the currrnt system we live under. Unless we complete took over government and was able to disband the current one and set up a new one, we gotta play by the rules for now. So by getting like minded politicians in office, even if itās literally our guys, we can begin to get some change done for future generations to carry the torch
Ignore the religious argument for now. Though that may be useful later to get the evangelicals agitated for political divorce. The methodological at the end is what's important.
There are lots of different kind of NPOs, you would have to figure out what qualified. And there are restrictions on NPOs regarding backing a political figure. That's a bit tricky.

My only concern with going public is we dont have a constituion written up or by-laws. We need to establish specifically what our mission statement is, how we intend to go about completing our mission, and cover our asses by making it known that anyone who doesnt abide by the set forth code of conduct; will have no longer have any legal right to associate themselves with the organization. I think we should make it clear that we have no political affiliations and do not grant the permission of any news source to mis label the organization in affiliation with any political party, or other radical groups, or militia groups etc etc.... If we are going to keep the militia/security/qrf aspect alive, then there is going to need to be a code of conduct written down on how we operate and make it clear that we are organized for defensive purposes only. To aid in the defense of lives, property, and liberties etc. Idk just my 2 cents. You guys do you.
This has got me excited. Lots of potential here. Have you guys created an online store for clo swag yet? Profits from that would help fund this along. Wouldn't hurt to make a go fund me either. I think it would be cool if this was all connected by state chapters. We could eventually have representatives from each state to help organize and establish clo...looking at Lots of time , effort , and money, but its worth in it my opinion....This is the way lol
Yeah thos is all very not organized yet but the plan is for a npo to create good pr and handle bad pr for state chapters that can then invest more time in actual activities instead of the public perseption angle that fucks a lot of the small groups
Depends on what the PACs goal is. Kokesh would probably be good to head it and hammer out some details. Think more nullification and disruptive politics.

A nonprofit can have a store front, I believe u need to have some sort of donation option with it. Non profits are allowed to make money, just not allowed to show a profit at the end, so it all goes to cover expenses of the NPO.
I don't currently have then link, but there is a list of allowable expenses. Maintaining a website, advertising, all cost money, donations don't cover everything
For sure. Iād say we are looking at 2 years until itās actually considered a NPO. A corporation I hope to have done within 6 months. All depending on the Covid bullshit too
Yea Nh has an online process which is nice but itās for smaller NPOs so we have to try and figure if we will generate more than 50k a year for the first 3 years which I think we would
The new NPO page is blowing up and that is wicked fucking cool! I'm so glad to see such involved and interested people. I was a little worried our community would have issues with going this route but Man, they keep suprising the hell outta me. And @GRANITE , brother you are all over it!!!
I think having a user submitted contest would be cool though. Seems like we have a lot of creative people here, I'd love to see other peoples design ideas too.

So yeah, im sure all the admins would be more than happy to see anything anyone has in the way of ideas. We do have a few ideas going already but any positive input is welcomed so let er rip @dookiepie
I'd like to see some independent research done
hire someone knowledgeable to get data put together that shows people exactly the kind of threats to our Constitution that is out there
and show how it affects daily life
cops, laws, criminalization taxes etc
Honestly 1. Experts are expensive and we are all poors lmao
2. That data set is so well know and ubiquitous that it would be a qaste of limited resources to conduct an actual study. But maybe a good old fashion poll, like in person, with the results made public would be an alternative
But i like the ideas that y'all are putting out there. Please keep it going, we are a community and everyone has a voice.
Except @ [sc] Tony lmao. No one wants to hear himššš

@Dejectedhook04
The constitution is a threat to itself, tbh. Governments that can tax and make armies never go well. If you look at American history; it's actually quite appaling. The military was used to put down the whiskey rebellion and in 1798, mere dissent was criminalized and many were imprisoned for speaking out. Just identifying as an anarchist in 1798 would have got me arrested back then. Kinda why I don't like the document. Or the idea of another.
Also guys a NPO doesnāt do anything political. Itās basically a charity. But once established as a corporation we can branch off into different entities. My plan is to have incorporation papers filed within 4 months so hopefully we are then a corporation by 6 months.
Idk if this has been said but Iām thinking for the firearms training part we get in touch with someone like Sig and just put up money for people who canāt afford it can sign up for classes. Sig is just an example we can do anyone honestly. Just need to make sure we donāt have people abusing it. Posting bail and funding funeral costs and stuff like that will be easy. We could even help find and fund lawyers for victims
