Everyone that is protesting is doing it very peacefully during the day, night is when it shifts towards rioting. I'm gonna head back down to southern oregon today, everyone stay safe up here! I'm trying to listen to portland PD comms, but it seems like they've encrypted all channels

only a couple hotmics

but mostly just some short tones every few seconds

sometimes a half of that tone happens

there might be a pattern in it

also from the hotmic I could make out something that might have been a voice it sounded inverted

they keep hotmicing
