Opinions on this? It might be unpopular but I don’t think “justice” is harassing and threatening the life of the guilty party. I believe everyone, including this cop, has the right to a fair and speedy trial.

I doubt it will be fair though. The justice system has a habit of protecting its own.

True, but let the trial happen according to the constitution first. If the verdict is obviously unfair then I’m all for protesting. Sure they are protesting for George but what do the protesters even want besides dead cops?

This isn’t a change that is capable of happening even if the burnt the whole city down. There are major problems imbedded deep in our justice system that can’t be fixed by burning shit. In my personal opinion, I think it’s just making things worse. If anything cops will use this as an excuse to gain more power and militarize even further.

@Utah protest today in both SLC and ogden. SLC appears to be a inside vehicle only protest would anyone like to meet up for the ogden one?

Id meet in ogden if I can, And does anyone have any idea if these are going to be “peaceful” or can we expect some change. I haven’t been to a Utah protest before of this scale, or any in general so I’m not sure what to expect
