The one that immediately comes to mind is removing people in prison for resisting arrest when there was no other charge with it.

Another was removing people from prison with marijuana charges and having the charges wiped from their record.

I think there were one or two other ones I could get behind.

But those will be lost because of the racially motivated demands of the others.

Which is a shame.

I’m not against them taking Seattle in and of itself, except for the fact that they have no infrastructure of their own and will mooch off of the surrounding areas if they do, in fact become autonomous.

I grew up in Florida, lived in Texas for a while. I used to feel bad for homeless people. I’ve lost a lot of that since moving up here about a year or so ago.

I feel bad for the people who legitimately fell in hard times. I’ve been close. But the rest? They can eat a satchel of Richards.

Not against programs that lead them towards employment and gives stability and resources to help lead them towards success, but if they're capable and refuse to work they deserve no sympathy

I feel like tax breaks to achieve those initiatives are a great solution. If a business can make that kind of program work, and it benefits the public, they should be rewarded for it to incentivize it.

Umm...you know what you need to live? A few pairs of clothes, a roof, somewhere to cook, running water, food and electricity.

It might be possible. I can't say with certainty that it's not possible. But as it stands right now, it's nothing more than fantasy.

In the meantime, we have to deal with what we have. I'm currently working closeish to minimum wage and in school and scraping by on rent. Some people's life decisions are just abysmal and I have so little sympathy for so many of my peers.
