On site at santee, LE is breaking up protestors, seems to be leaving counter protestors alone despite the curfew. You can definitely see where the SD sheriff's loyalties lie.

In San Diego county, La Mesa, Santee, Poway and some unincorporated areas are under curfew by the order if the county sheriff.

I just got back from recon on the Ramona protest. It was quite lively, but the SD county sheriffs declared it an unlawful assembly. A firecracker was thrown and fights almost broke out, I do have reports of fights having actually broken out, but unconfirmed. A report of one person arrested, but again, unconfirm as of right now.

FYI- CA is willing to crack down on small towns, I presume other states are to follow if they aren't already cracking down.
