I’ve been following the case down in Georgia that is being plastered everywhere, trying to prove to nibbas that arbery clearly attacked and tried to disarm the man and that’s why he got blasted and not a second before he was attacked, but muh modern day lynchin by them racist white supremacists lmfao

I haven't kept up with it really, I need to see at what point the gun was drawn, because if they were basically hunting him down, after just trespassing and not stealing anything (which I heard the owner stated), then if the gun was drawn at him for just trespassing when he already left i feel its unjustified

I have a few videos but they are to big to post here, but there’s surveillance video of him trespassing on multiple properties and the house under construction has had various things taken From it for weeks leading up to what happened, multiple other burglaries and auto break ins, all 911 calls that were made for weeks, arbery matched the descriptions. Arbery and the mcmicheal father knew each other, McMicheal was on his case years prior where arbery tried to enter school grounds with a loaded gun and ran from security, he got probation instead of jail time bc it was his first offense. If he would’ve been appended and turned into police, with the evidence I’ve seen, he would’ve been in violation of his probation and possibly sent to jail. According to the report, they were justified to go armed and pull as citizens arrest, arbery failed to obey commands so they stopped ahead of him to try to get him, arbery charged the son wielding the shotgun and initiated an attack and attempted to disarm and within the few seconds that the attack and disarm started he was shot dead unfortunately. I don’t support him dying, but I do see that it would’ve been best for him to comply, instead of attacking a man within his rights of an armed citizens arrest. I can only imagine fear of being caught and going to jail caused him to attack, but i wasn’t in his head, but I do know people don’t have the best judgment under fear. Here’s how I see it though, the headlines are bullshit bc if the father and son had truly intended on murdering him and only murdering him, they would’ve done it from the from the get go, not wait until under attack and disarm. As that is not a good situation to be in. Once there’s a struggle for a gun, whether in the wrong or right, your life is at risk, I imagine he would’ve taken the gun to use it against them to escape.

I’m sure you can agree with me on something tho, if I was getting robbed and the bad guy had sights on me and I was out of arm range, I would not attempt to attack bc I would surely die, I’d comply and surrender, make him think I’m not threat and wait for my turn to launch a counter attack. I honestly feel like if two white cops had chased him down and he was suspected of a crime, police had guns drawn and ordered him to stop and comply and arbery decided to launch an attack and disarm he would’ve been shot, the headlines would be similar “two racist cops murder innocent jogger” he was 12 miles away from home, in boots, caught trespassing inside of someone’s home and in other properties, was seen and he ran away, he was never jogging to begin with. From what Ive seen he was casing places. I have a few sources to prove that the men were justified in the scope of the law. I’ll post them if you want.
