Good on you, I used to rock it long but it's all poof with me, a litteral lion's main effect

I used to just shampoo/ condition every day until I realized how bad that is for your hair

I generally shampoo every other shower and condition once per week

I'd shampoo every other day and condition like twice or three times a week but it varies person to person
