First of all medics are for higher level interventions, not putting TQ’s on people. That’s everyone’s job. Fucking combat camera better drop their shit and start doing MARCH on someone’s ass.

I can’t comprehend being able to do that much damage control on myself in a combat scenario.

There’s a lot of dudes that have had a lot worse than just 2 TQ’s worth of injuries and been smiling and joking days later.

I’m not ex-military so I haven’t been in that situation

If you’d like to buy one I highly suggest the TORK from NAR.

I have no clue I could look into it. But I'll throw a list together with links. Remember. An IFAK is to be used on YOU. So unlike with your other equipment don't go cheap.

Only use CoTCCC recommended devices and adjuncts.

Next Gen cat TQs are the way to go

IFAK costs a lot less than a funeral

Gen 8 is what they are on if I remember correct

Gen 7 is the latest to my knowledge.

CAT TQs and SOFT-T TQs are the standards.

@[LA] Zoomer Medi/k/ I'm pretty sure you're right. When j got out in July of last year it was either 7 or 8 but its got the tougher bands inside the TQ, stronger windlass and only 1 loop instead of 2

The SOFTT-W is the shit.

It is wider and spreads out the pressure more, preventing nerve damage.

You can drop your gear, and blend in fine, and it’s still not too bad in the situation where camouflage is needed.
