I have a question. Here is the sitrep. A friend from school is helping a woman go to her house and grab her belongings. (Her husband hit her). I am going to assist. I have no idea what this man is capable of, I will be armed. However I am 5ft3 and god forbid he over powers me. If I needed assistance, could I post an SOS here and get some bois from Colorado to assist ?

Hmm. So heres the thing. An SOS is a last shot in the dark. It takes time to organize a response. Now of course you could if in that situation but I would say try very hard to avoid that situation. Are you comfortable with the weapon

Now moral issues aside, the question youve got to answer is are you prepared to take a life to defend your own or that of a friwndm personally ive found it easir to remember what kind of "person" I needed to handle.

I will do my best to avoid the situation, he is a combat vet so I know enough to know he has me beat on experience. All the training I got as a POG is subpar by comparison. I am confident in my weapon skills amd prepared to defendmy life and hers. I highly doubt it will reach that point. I was just curious if the need did arise if I should try here for a better response than Leo's

That being the case I would say yes. But as I'm sure even a pog knows, its not who you are its who they think you are. Don't expect shitty outcomes and they tend not to happen. And if it does, yes. If in danger anyone can post an SOS.
