The S2 server works pretty hard to gather credible intel. Usually when an event is ongoing in our community, we are the ones supplying the info.

The ledbetter server is going to be for events moving forward, once they are expected to have kinetic circumstances or already have.

Look into the accounts that tweeted that phrase. First glance suggests that they're all midsized accounts which are actively tweeting about either the riots sympathetically, or politically engaged and likely to be sympathetic. Seemingly, the tweet in question's been deleted from all their accounts. The phrase is copypasta, easy to identify. This could be black agitprop.
