@flyingwolf I feel ya on dropping the weight. Ive lost 70 lbs since my heaviest. Personally ive started on general stamina training and will soon start on strength. Still got a long ways to go before being "fit"

65lbs down, was 75lbs but i slacked a bit when i moved out to utah

losing weight again after gaining some back

25lbs down in the past month and a half

probably closer to 2 months

I know of a place that helps with weight loss if thats the goal.
