Hello; Just wanted to weigh in on the "Antifa" demands list. How can they claim to be against fascism and government overreach, yet demand government overreach? A case in point example for me, is the demand to end Right To Work, which is arguably big government getting in the way between workers and workplaces. Yeah, cool, great point. But then they are demanding the government provide last resort jobs??

Related to that, as this is the collective known as Citizens Liberty, do "you" or "we" consider private (specifically, non public/tax payer paid) unions to be righteous as far as liberties go? I'm going to put the lobbying and legislative branches aside for the sake of this topic.

I'm the Vice President of a local here, and fully back what we do at least on a local level. However, I have also been able to see the negatives they've inflicted by seeking government interventions.

I think unions in the private sector are fine, Municipality unions like the FOB are wrong and should be abolished

Let me clarify my point above. Police Chiefs are appointed by elected officials and can be dismissed at any time. Why can't their subordinates? Sheriffs are directly elected by the people and can be ousted by the people.

I'm actually going to a meeting with my county sheriff today to talk about a lot of this stuff. He actually commented publicly against the handling of everything thus far starting at the root. The guy is a multiple black belt in different disciplines of martial arts, instructs CCW and self defense. I just like to communicate rather than corner people like we've seen these antagonizers doing with a mob behind them.
