Gentlemen, I've returned from my meeting with my Sheriff. Report on stuff that matters in context here: He feels very strongly that situations have been handled poorly by the public information officers in all of these situations across the country. However, is just as disappointed in the lack of discipline among officers we've seen like that San Jose fuck to handle these situations professionally. Rights: He mentioned how important it is for people to assemble in support of a cause but is vehemently against the instigators of conflict as well as the rioters. Kind of no brainer. I asked about what he thinks of how Minnesota not having the Castle Doctrine, specifically relating to store owners posting up in front here armed. He agreed that people *NEED* to be wise in their decision making with this and be well educated in the statutes here regarding such practices. He also agreed that we as the people *should* have the right to protect property and businesses, but reaffirmed my stance that the battle for that right is not boots on the ground.
