@[CA] SoyBoi I have to wire the entire car 😂 literally everything from headlights to tail lights. It’s currently got a seat, shifter, steering wheel, and roll cage, engine, trans, and rear end. That’s it.

Tried my hand at making one and just hardwired everything to a switch panel with inline fuses, let it set for a couple of months, forgot where I was at on it, so I said fuck it and I’m just gonna order the 12 circuit one from Painless that has the touch pad and everything. Which is what I should have done from the get go

Anyone have recommendation on a radio? Think thats the last thing I really need Thinking of a burner too

I'm curious, with noveske is there any real difference between the gen 3 and gen 1 receivers or is it just forged vs billet?

@Confused I mean it is forged vs billet, but the gen 3 (SMOS) receivers have some advantages that make them nicer to use, more accurate, etc

Hey question. So I recently saw TFBTV's video about the Australian documents showing the performance of the Steyr Aug compared to a m16 style rifle. I was curious if you guys have seen the video and what your thoughts on it where. Im not an expert on guns but I've always thought about getting a bullpup, however I have an AR because it's just common in the us and easy to aquire parts and ammo for. The steyer uses the 5.56 round and some can accept ar mags, but good luck finding parts. It seems easier to maintain as well, with it's modular barrel. The AUG is a fine gun, although its a bullpup and has its own inherent problems. Saying something is better than the AR15 is nonsense though, the AUG is a specific rifle made by one company, the AR15 is not.

The AUG is one of the best bullpup rifles out there. But in comparison to the AR, it lacks.

ARs can perform just as well, just as reliably, and with more modularity.

We do ww2 reenacting, our biggest issue is solid running mg42s and 34s... I will be building a few in the next few years, unless I see an SOT2 going out of business, than I'll swoop em up..

I want to go to smith school, its just not possible for me at the moment

For the record, an FFL07/SOT2 can legally build what is called a Post sample MG, That is properly approved from the ATF, for legalities.

I'm interested in building an MG3 for research, the story behind it is neat.. When russians overtook the Rhine metal plant, they destroyed MG42 blueprints.. they had to reverse engineer the weapon.. crazy right?! Lol

I've been considering staying away from lower end stuff, like cheap ARs, I'm sure i can find a way to provide good stuff thats affordable, I'm not trying to get rich on folks. I can't in good conscience sell someone a shitty gun for defense.. you know...

Most gunshops charge like 25 for a transfer, it cost me 5 bucks, so that's profit.. accessories is where there is money to be made

You figure, if i make 50-75 a salemm I'd be happy with that.. I'd consider that pretty good..
