My local shop has a long barreled glock(probably a 34, not a glock guy) in 10mm I was tempted to get, is it wurf it?

Yeah. They made 10mm because a bunch of officers couldn't hit their targets and blamed it on under penetration, but then 10mm hurt their delicate little hands so they backed off to the 40 short and wimpy

Ironically some of the officers at the Miami Dade shootout were armed with 357 mag revolvers and one had a 12 gauge. Certainly powerful enough if they could hit the broad side of a ups truck

Lpvo's take some getting used to if you normally use red dots. You've got a box your head has to be in or you can't see through it, but typically the better quality ones have very generous eye reliefs

I’ve been considering an LPVO too

What I'm planning on doing is having an offset red dot and keeping my lpvo somewhere around 4x so swapping won't be an issue
