Cylinder head studs. Modern v8 diesels have issues with cylinder head bolt stretch. If anyone has played with the boost or put a tuner on it this is more likely to happen

If it’s a 6.0 stay away from it

This eventually leads to head gasket issues. It will start seeping coolant into the oil because it stretches the head bolts on high boost

And with a head gasket issue on the coolant side normally brings overheating from my experience with trucks

They fix that by changing them to a high tensile strength stud that is much stronger aNd going to better head gaskets. So long an no one has messed with it you'll get 350k out of it easily.

Your coolant and oil will turn into grey sludge from them.mixing under heat and pressure
