But when I had it broken down why that's a terrible idea from someone I have full confidence in I realized it might not be the best idea to use a tampon but it would be better than anything else unless you have medical cause on hand.

Welp. Like I said, nothing is going to change my opinion. I gained mine from a trained professional. What I was going to say is the chances of me not having a clean shirt or clothing in my bag is very minimal and I would still prefer that to a tampon.
