Is it better to research and build your own IFAK or is it better to buy from North American Rescue or equivalent?

Took a look at the carbon fiber handguard I'm using for my fiance's rifle and figured the difference between 16" and a regular muzzle device and 11.5 with a pig is almost nothing, so I'm sticking with the lightweight 16" faxon i have with a Griffin 2 port muzzle brake. Still gonna be installing a faxon lightweight bcg and jp captured spring though

There's very little difference in the overall length. The 11.5 with a kx3 is about 15"

So I'm just gonna go with the smoother shooting 16

You can make an 11.5 shoot just as soft as a 16

I know but if they're gonna be the same length in the end, I'm gonna go with the 16 that i have over the 11.5 i have to buy
