Anyone have experience with the LMT enhanced bolt carrier group? I've been looking at it but I've heard conflicting things on whether it'll work with short barrels. Specifically using a 12.5" Hodge FN barrel with a 0.069" gas port and an adjustable gas block. @Armorer

Because a lot of the parts for AR10s can be brand specific and not standard like AR15s it turned me off and I ended up just getting the PTR91 instead

The military went back to bolt action for their long range guns because intermediate calibers are enough for regular use and when shooting long range, you'll cycle the bolt before your round even hits anyway. The added moving parts in ar10 platforms just decreases reliability, which the SR25 had a serious problem with
